Process for acceptance to Conwell-Egan Catholic includes an application to the school and official records from the student's current school. More information on the admissions process is listed below.
Submit the request to the applicant's current school, requesting a copy of 7th and 8th-grade transcript/progress report, and a copy of the most recent standardized test scores in order to be considered for acceptance to CEC. To issue acceptance, we must receive your official records from your current school. To have records sent to us, please use this Request Form.
This test is used as the basis for both awarding Presidential Academic Scholarships and in the academic placement process. View details about the Scholarship/Entrance exam.
Accepted students have the opportunity to enroll at a discounted rate of $100 until February 1, 2021. After this date, the registration fee increases to $175.

Students who wish to transfer to CEC must first take part in a transfer interview. This interview can be scheduled through the Admissions Director, Katelyn Rice '04. All official records from the student's current school must be received before or during the interview for consideration.
