Director of Enrollment and Marketing

Holy Family Regional Catholic School is currently searching for a Director of Enrollment and Marketing. The Director of Enrollment and Marketing is responsible for providing leadership for the development and implementation of a results-driven admissions plan which leads to increased enrollment through new student recruitment and retention of current students, and a positive profile for Holy Family Regional Catholic School with multiple internal and external constituencies.

Reports to: Principal

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Essential functions of the Director of Enrollment and Marketing include the following:

Overall

 

  • Work closely with the administrative team and board on the development and implementation of the enrollment plan
  • Establish and strive to reach enrollment goals for admissions and retention.
  • Provide a data-driven enrollment management process
  • Develop and manage budgets for admissions and retention
  • Perform other duties consistent with the position which may be required from time- to-time

Marketing and Branding:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for the school that will create internal and external “buzz.”
  2. Reinforce the comprehensive branding effort for the school. Provide leadership to the school community for HFRCS brand by developing and enforcing brand standards as well as reviewing and approving all collateral and web-based communications.
  3. Provide oversight and leadership for the school’s website and social media presence
  4. Develop and implement an external marketing effort, including advertising, planning, and execution

 

Communication:

  1. Provide a consistent, timely, and compelling flow of marketing communications to prospective parents through the use of mailings, the school’s website, Facebook, Instagram, e-blasts, and other strategies
  2. In collaboration with the Principal, act as spokesperson for HFRCS
  3. Develop relationships with local media outlets formulate and prepare press releases and other materials to the media to provide newsworthy stories that promote HFRCS

 

Admissions:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage a new family/student recruitment plan
  2. Aggressively strive to reach and/or exceed all of the recruitment goals for inquiries, campus visits, acceptances, deposits and new student enrollees
  3. Provide a customer-centered experience and follow-up process for all inquiries and
    Applicants
  4. Work with the Advancement team to provide insight and facilitate the financial aid process for prospective families
  5. Increase awareness of the school through promotional events such as Open Houses, story times, or similar events and opportunities to welcome prospective families to campus
  6. Encourage and facilitate the involvement of parents in the recruitment strategy
  7. Create and work with a team of parent volunteers in the parent ambassador program
  8. Motivate and facilitate the involvement of all faculty and staff in the recruitment process

 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The Director of Enrollment and Marketing should be goal oriented, with the ability and motivation to set and achieve aggressive goals. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Higher education or experience working in sales, marketing, and/or graphic design.

 

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

  1. Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, and interact effectively
  2. Ability to solve conflicts, maintain confidentiality and remain open to various ideas
    and viewpoints
  3. Be personable with the ability to easily communicate with people from widely varying
    backgrounds

 

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  1. Comfortable with computers and changing technology
  2. Microsoft Office
  3. Google Mail and Google Suites
  4. Strong web and social media knowledge and experience
  5. The ability to learn and operate other computer programs as needed

 

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  1. Ability to take initiative to make things happen and get things accomplished; the Director of Enrollment and Marketing will provide the primary leadership of an aggressive marketing and communications strategy
  2. Work seamlessly with fellow members of the Administrative Team
  3. Possess strong sales abilities and relational skills
  4. Possess a strong customer service orientation and a servant’s heart
  5. Support the overall mission and vision of the school

This is a full-time, 12-month position. The deadline for application is Wednesday, August 2.
Interviews will be granted to the most qualified applicants.

PA required clearances and Safe Environment Certification and official transcripts will be required before employment can begin.

Instructional Aide

We are currently looking for Instructional Aides to assist in our classrooms. Candidates should have an associate or bachelor’s degree and be interested in working in a classroom. Clearances required.  Education students are welcome! Position is 20 hours per week.  Several positions are still available. Substitute Teachers

Holy Family Regional Catholic School is looking for available substitute teachers for the 2022-2023 school year.  State and diocesan clearances required, college degree accepted, teaching degree preferred.  Please contact the school for more information – 215-269-9600.
